We’re looking for a Brand Executive working alongside our Senior Brand Manager for vocowhilst also supporting our Crowne Plaza team with key administration support with finance budgets and brand standards. In this role, you’ll help deliver global, regional, and local initiatives that drive brand consistency, elevate reputation, and improve performance across markets.
What You’ll Do:
* Support the brand team in the development and implementation of brand projects and initiatives.
* Assist with gathering information, updating brand presentations, and delivering content for external stakeholders, including owners (existing and prospective), hotels, and internal teams.
* Maintain and manage updates to brand documents, ensuring version control and accessibility via Brand Central.
* Support the day-to-day management and implementation of brand standards.
* Keep brand photography assets up to date and share with regional teams as needed.
* Manage the brand budget, including raising POs and supporting the brand leaders with annual budget planning and tracking.
* Coordinate the invoicing process and set up new suppliers in alignment with internal policies.
* Market Research and consumer insights, gather, analyze and interpret data from our consumer insights team to enable these insights to shape the support of key projects e.g. brand strategy, innovation and inform decision making at a global and regional level
* Organise and schedule regular calls and events with regional and functional stakeholders, including timely follow-up actions.
* Provide administrative support to help deliver brand projects efficiently and on time.
* Support the development and ongoing evolution of brand collateral.
* Manage all brand translation projects to ensure consistency and local relevance.
* Coordinate the quarterly brand leaders call as required.
* Be curious and interested in learning more about brand positioning & architecture alongside content strategy & story telling
What We’re Looking For:
* A highly organised, proactive team player, with experience in marketing, brand, or project coordination.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Confidence with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
* Experience with budgeting and supplier processes is a plus.
* A collaborative, can-do spirit and a love for hospitality and branding.
