We are seeking to establish a pool of Secondary Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 and 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Beverley District High School (DHS) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Teacher to join our team. There is currently one (1) Mathematics – Science teaching position available for an immediate start with a negotiable FTE between and, based on the applicant’s availability.

The Role

Beverley DHS is looking for an educator who brings enthusiasm, innovation, and a commitment to excellence, with the ability to deliver high-quality teaching and learning programs aligned to our school’s vision and planning priorities.

Ideally, the successful applicant will have the ability to use data analysis to inform future planning and use this information to respond to individual needs, referral to intervention and, be skilled at creating and supporting effective Individualised Education Program’s (IEP) to ensure all children are achieving their maximum potential.

Mobility appointments for permanent metropolitan and south west teachers

Eligible permanent teachers who hold a substantive teaching position in a North or South Education Region school, or a South West Education Region school* may elect to undertake this role as a 3-year mobility appointment, with a right of return to their substantive position. At the cessation of the 3-year mobility appointment, teachers can elect to return to their substantive role, or transfer permanently into this school.
