We’re working with a well-established and growing precision engineering business that specialises in machining medium-sized, high-value components across a range of industries. This isn’t repetitive, tiny-part production—your work will be varied, hands-on and genuinely skilled.
🔧 What you’ll be doing
* Programming, setting, operating and adjusting CNC turning machines
* Working on medium-sized components with real engineering complexity
* Reading and working from engineering drawings
* Making offsets, tooling changes and basic edits where needed
* Ensuring high standards of quality and finish
🧠 What they’re looking for
* Solid experience as a CNC Turner (setting & operating as a minimum)
* Ability to read engineering drawings confidently
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Fanuc experience preferred, but other control experience is absolutely fine—they’re open to training the right person
