Executive Assistant to the Managing Director
Location: Cumbria (commutable) – UK & International travel required
Salary: £50,000 + excellent benefits

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join a thriving business who operate Worldwide but based in the Cumbria area. This is a business-focused role, providing comprehensive support to the Managing
Director across a variety of projects and operations, with the opportunity to travel extensively across the UK and worldwide, they cover Corporate Events, Formula 1, Nuclear & other Motorsport and other exciting industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as the right hand to the Managing Director, managing diaries, emails, and priorities with precision.
* Coordinating and preparing reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
* Organising national and international travel, meetings, and events.
* Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Acting as a gatekeeper and key liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
Requirements:
* Proven experience supporting senior executives in a professional, business-focused capacity.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Comfortable working independently and proactively.
* Comfortable with commercials
* Comfortable with contracts
* Experienced in the latest business trends and ways of working
* Use of AI technology to achieve efficient ways of working
* Flexibility to travel across the UK and internationally as required.
