Project Manager – West London – Permanent – £(phone number removed) Position Summary The Technical Project Manager will play a central role in coordinating and overseeing the delivery of technology and communication-focused projects. Combining solid project management capabilities with a practical understanding of technical systems, this individual will manage the full lifecycle of projects, from planning and resource coordination to execution and stakeholder communication. Core Responsibilities * Develop and nurture client relationships, acting as a reliable point of contact for project-related matters. * Manage day-to-day delivery of technology and communication initiatives, maintaining operational clarity and client satisfaction. * Work in close partnership with technical leads, engineers, and commercial teams to ensure project alignment and integration. * Support budgeting and cost tracking in collaboration with finance to maintain financial control. * Oversee procurement and resource allocation to meet project delivery targets and deadlines. * Help define and improve internal delivery frameworks and operational standards. * Track project progress in relation to contractual and operational obligations, ensuring all tasks are properly executed. * Ensure all assigned projects adhere to relevant policies, client agreements, and regulatory requirements. * Compile and present performance updates, including metrics such as SLAs and KPIs, for both internal and client review. Role Criteria / Qualifications * Minimum 3 years of experience in project delivery or project coordination * PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred * Experience delivering within NEC or equivalent contract frameworks is an advantage * At least 4 years of experience with wireless, radio, or ICT systems * Strong comprehension of technical drawings, systems architecture, and project schematics * Knowledge of communication infrastructure project lifecycles, from scoping to delivery * Basic understanding of telecoms and networking technologies
