We are on the lookout for a number of talented and dedicated learning support assistants to work with children in mainstream and special education in Newham. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored lessons for students with SEND MLD and SLD Provide one-on-one and small group support to students Support the social and emotional development of students Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment Prepare and organise learning materials and resources Monitor and record student progress, reporting to teachers Support students during school activities, outings, and events Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and external agencies to support student needs Qualifications and Experience: Experience working with children from EYFS - KS2, preferably in an educational setting.
