Our Company
Code Ninjas is a national provider of children's education services for computer technology, specifically computer programming. Coding is the new literacy. We believe that we are creating the problem solvers of tomorrow. You are invited to join this new and exciting leading-edge service.
Along with learning critical thinking and problem-solving skills, the children have the opportunity to learn responsibility, teamwork, and leadership. We try to foster a cooperative environment where students can build new friendships and extend their social skills.
Our curriculum consists of four years of content progressing through nine levels of achievement. Specifically, we teach children age-targeted software programming tools, for gaming, web development, 3-D graphics, robotics, and autonomous drones.
Skills
* Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, web-based applications
* Excellent verbal written skills
* Tech savvy – ability to self-learn, and figure out
* STEM/Coding experience is a plus
* Teaching/working with kids experience is a plus
Responsibilities Include
* Manage daily operations of the center
* Experience working with kids, coaching, managing is a plus
* Follow up on leads, schedule tours, and close deals
* Work with parents to define children’s learning needs
* Provide center tours while maintaining awareness of students currently in the center.
* Engage with children and families in the center.
* Ensure that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing.
* Engage and oversee coaches/tutors to ensure team needs are met.
* Ensure the center is a fun and safe learning environment for our students.
* Uphold corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards.
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Detailed-oriented and would love to be part of a new exciting venture.
* Learn business operations, sales, and team leadership.
Compensation: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
