Wrap Around Care Assistant job summary
Wrap Around Care Assistant
Based at Southill Lower School to start ASAP
Monday-Friday 12.5 hours a week
Afternoons 3pm-5.30pm (2.5 hours a day)
Pay Scale: Level 2A points 3-4 (starting on point 3 £12.45ph)
Due to expansion of our wrap around care provision we are looking for an additional breakfast and afterschool club assistant to:-
* Assist in the running of a varied programme of activities in our clubs.
* Ensure the safety and welfare of every child under their immediate supervision.
* Be familiar with, and follow, all the policies and procedures in place within the clubs.
Candidates must:-
* Be able to lead children by example;
* Be passionate about working with children;
* Be a flexible team player;
* Have a kind and supportive approach towards children;
* Be well organised and motivated;
* Have the ability to foster good relationships with parents and carers;
* Ensure safeguarding and the welfare of children is a priorities
* Have enhanced DBS clearance.
