My client is a successful UK manufacturing business with a large portfolio of brands. There is now an opportunity to join the HR team as HR Operations Manager. The role reports directly to the CPO and there is a team of 6-8 reporting to this position. My client is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager who can build a robust HR Operations function which combines strategic insight with operational excellence who will have the ability to drive organisational performance across this multi-site business.
They are looking for someone who can streamline HR processes, ensure compliance is adhered to and coach the business managers to foster a positive workplace culture. The role oversees HR operations, employee relations, compliance, process efficiency and talent management.
Key Deliverables include:
* Process Improvement and Efficiency
o Evaluate, redesign and implement HR processes to enhance operations and ensure compliance
o Analyse HR metrics and data-driven insights to improve engagement
* Employee Relations
o Advise on employee relations matters cultivating a positive work environment
o Oversee grievance handling, disciplinary processes and performance management
