Your new role
1. You will be joining the Executive Team & Pursuits division as a Lead Administrator
2. Managing and motivating an administrative team
3. Coordinating bids and fee letters
4. Supporting client‑facing engineers, and overseeing operational workflow and document quality across multiple offices
5. Responsibilities include bid planning, developing client‑centric materials, maintaining proposal libraries, reviewing submissions, and ensuringpliance with internal processes and legal requirements
6. Monitor administration workload against timelines and ensure deadlines are met
7. Act as the bid leader, creating bid plans and mobilising the team to undertake preparation
What you'll need to succeed
8. You will bring 5+ years’ experience in administration and bid management
9. Strongmunication and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
10. A tertiary qualification in administration, marketing,munications, engineering, or a related field is desirable
11. You’ll also be confident influencing stakeholders, managingpeting priorities, and contributing to business‑wide process improvements
