The Venue:
• High-volume site with circa £8 million turnover
• 200 covers
• Strong and stable team, including a capable BOH department
• Opportunities to lead projects to boost daytime sales, with autonomy and input at board level
The Role:
• Lead a premium venue from both the floor and a strategic perspective
• Deliver a premium product with high-energy service
• Be financially sharp and commercially astute
• Manage a large team on a site generating around £150k weekly
• Champion a culture of empowerment and create an environment where both team and guests thrive
• Lead large teams effectively, being the person your team admire and your guests enjoy interacting with
• Be resilient, solutions-focused, and confident making decisions aligned with the group’s ethos
