Job Summary
This role is responsible for the set‑up and maintenance of master data in the Informatica iMDM system and supporting ERP systems. It supports packaging change activities during the approval and live production processes at global packaging and distribution sites.
Responsibilities
* Create packaging parts and secondary packaging bills of materials in e‑QMS quality management system.
* Create Packaging Change Orders in e‑QMS quality management system.
* Interface with New Product Launch Change Orders and link Packaging Change Orders to associated product launches.
* Ensure Packaging Change Order workflow approvals and liaise on questions or rejections.
* Utilize CooperVision’s Vision Pack system to organize print proofs for components with suppliers.
* Coordinate release of Packaging Change Orders and notify functional teams at packaging sites when ready for production.
* Communicate across departments regarding new item implementations.
* Act as SME for project teams.
* Lead corporate product launch process with respect to item master data and packaging execution.
* Define business processes to ensure consistency, uniformity and accuracy of global item data.
* Serve as SME for corporate product launches, discontinuations and movements, providing updates to cross‑functional teams involved in item master data in ERP, planning and MDM systems.
* Support data conversion activities for master item data.
* Identify and reconcile data input discrepancies through daily/weekly reporting.
* Adhere to data governance policies and procedures.
* Drive continuous improvement efforts to streamline processes.
* Consider business implications of technology applications.
* Support projects to create, update or enhance item master data, including acquisitions, conversions and new system implementations/updates.
* Assist in developing and executing effective test scenarios, scripts and use cases across functional domains.
* Perform procedures to ensure information systems products and services meet quality, organizational standards and end‑user requirements.
* Conduct data quality checks and remediation.
* Resolve cross‑functional process issues and champion quality improvements.
* Set up, maintain and rationalize item data in IMDM, Oracle and related systems, including reporting and root‑cause analysis.
* Serve as SME for legacy ERP systems managing all item‑related projects and changes/updates.
* Organize and update relevant data across multiple platforms (IMDM, Baan, Oracle, etc.).
* Distribute UPC and EAN barcodes as needed, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
* Effective communication of standards and processes, and ability to document them.
* Well organized and detail‑oriented with high level of accuracy.
* Highly adaptable, flexible and willing to accept new ideas, processes and procedures.
* Good knowledge of Excel, especially macros, formulas and text/character functions.
Work Environment
* Normal office environment.
* Prolonged sitting in front of a computer.
* Ability to perform light to medium physical work and stand for long periods, if required.
* 12 month fixed contract.
Experience
* Previous experience with at least one ERP system (Baan, SAP, etc.).
* Experience with planning systems and master data management systems is a plus.
* Initiative to proactively identify, process and question base information with minimal supervision.
* Good PC skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $68,084.00 and $90,778.00 per year and may include cost‑of‑living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
