The Role
As Regional EHS Manager, you’ll lead all Environment, Health & Safety activity across our UK ADE, ST and AGI operations. You’ll maintain compliance with legislation, deliver audits, investigate incidents, and drive continuous improvement through our “Plan, Do, Check, Act” framework.
Key Essentials
What We’re Looking For
* NEBOSH-trained and certified ISO Internal Auditor (Lead Auditor desirable)
* Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
* Strong communication, planning, and influencing skills
* Computer literate with Microsoft Office and database systems
* Collaborative, self-motivated, and organised team player

Location & Work Pattern
This role is primarily based in Coventry but candidates can be located anywhere in the Midlands. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with some travel to sites required.
