Day-to-day of the role: Picking orders accurately and efficiently. Labeling and packaging plants for dispatch. Ensuring all packages are secure and meet quality standards. Working within a team to meet daily dispatch targets. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in a pick/pack role is essential. Knowledge of plants is advantageous but not required. Ability to work long hours on your feet. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
