Fostering Team Manager Leeds, Yorkshire £44,000 - £53,000 Permanent, Full-time (3 days in office, 2 days home-based) Job Description: We are working with an indepedent fostering agency who are seeking a passionate and experienced fostering social worker to lead their fostering team. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fostering service, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with relevant regulations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is either experienced in the position and is looking to help grow the organisation or someone who is looking to develop in their career and step-up to Team Manager.
