Opportunities are available across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, making this an excellent chance to gain broad primary experience while making a genuine difference to pupils' confidence and progress.
In this role, you won't just support learning- you'll help shape positive attitudes to school, encourage independence, and become a trusted adult who pupils rely on each day. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key part in helping children feel motivated, included, and proud of their achievements.

* £89-£100 per day (depending on experience)

* Full-time (8:30-3:30)
* Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to apply)
* Term-time only
Key Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and structured lessons
* Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning
* Provide additional support for children with emerging or identified needs
* Help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
* Assist with behaviour management and encourage focus and participation
* Support pupils' social development and confidence in school routines
