In this role, you will oversee installation quality across your region, working closely with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure high standards and smooth delivery. You’ll play a key role in maintaining technical excellence and supporting the growth of the installation network.

The Role
* Oversee the quality of solar and battery installations across your region.
* Conduct remote and on-site quality audits, including work in progress checks.
* Act as a technical expert, supporting subcontractors and internal teams.
* Assist with onboarding and developing installation partners.
* Ensure compliance with MCS standards and industry regulations.
The Person
* Qualified electrician with 5+ years’ experience.
* Strong background in Solar PV, battery and/or EV installations.
* Confident communicator with ability to manage subcontractors and stakeholders.
* Holds 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, ECS Gold Card and Inspection & Testing qualifications.
