The first point of contact for patients in our Hartley Wintney & Farnham clinics, you’ll be a warm, welcoming, professional ambassador for the clinic.
Responsibilities
* Effectively and professionally supporting our patients, assisting with enquiries via email and telephone accurately.
* Scheduling and confirming appointments, ensuring efficient patient flow.
* Keeping up to date with clinic process and policy changes.
* Maintaining patient records accurately and securely.
* Covering the reception desk, taking payments.
* Being discreet and sensitive, allowing our patients to feel at ease while guiding them through our services.
* Helping implement new ways of working to improve the patient experience and efficiency of service.
* Acting as a chaperone if necessary.
* Daily light cleaning tasks.
Qualifications and skills
* Experience working in an administrative position, ideally within a similar industry.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A high standard of written English.
* Flexible with working hours and location (see below for further details).
* Basic GDPR awareness.
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
* Comfort with technology and different types of software.
* Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
* Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

You will be working at both our Hartley Wintney & Farnham clinic locations with one later session (until 8pm) per week and one Saturday session (9am-2pm) on a rota basis but no more than once a month. It is essential that you are able to reliably commute to both locations. For part-time applicants, a minimum of approximately 15 hours per week.
About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our small, friendly and supportive team. The Female Health Clinic provides perimenopause and menopause care for women, treatment for PCOS and unbalanced hormones in young women, and andropause care for males. We also offer a private GP service and a medically based aesthetics offering. Our experienced practitioners are experts in their field, and our friendly team makes it a joy to work here.
