Recruitment Administrator Join our fast-paced recruitment team and play a vital role in shaping our workforce! We’re looking for a detail-driven Recruitment Administrator to support our end-to-end hiring process - from job posting to offer stage. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, you’ll be the backbone of our recruitment operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. What you’ll do: Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications and the Recruitment shared inbox Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data accuracy Post job adverts and support hiring teams with scheduling Assist with offers, onboarding handovers and recruitment reporting Uphold compliance, confidentiality and a positive candidate journey What you’ll bring: Previous experience in recruitment admin (ideally in-house and high-volume) Top-notch organisational and communication skills plus superb attention to detail Proficiency with ATS platforms, MS Office & job boards A friendly, can-do attitude and passion for people and processes Bonus if you have: Knowledge of GDPR and UK employment law Understanding of recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire) Experience using Talos360 would be a bonus Driving licence and willingness to travel for events preferred Apply now and help us attract and hire top talent while building a better recruitment experience for all!
