Position: CRM and Social Media Manager
We are a luxury tour operator based in central London, seeking a CRM and Social Media Manager. This role can be office-based, hybrid, or home-based. Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel industry, preferably for a luxury company, is essential. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000 plus a great bonus and benefits.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the company's email marketing programme and social media activity.
2. Report directly to the Head of Marketing as a standalone position.
3. Define and develop the organic social media content strategy.
4. Monitor and report on KPIs.
Skills and Experience
1. Proven CRM and social media management experience in the travel sector, ideally luxury travel.
2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
3. Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
