Our client is a well known brand specialised in premium fruit juices andsparkling drinks and they are lookingfor a talented and highly motivated Customer Marketing Manager who is passionate about helping to grow beautiful brands that people love.
Reporting to the Managing Director and working in a fun-loving, fast-paced Marketing team, this is a critical and broad role that will see you act as guardian of their brand strategy and delivery with customers across all channels (including International), in all the types of stores, outlets, restaurants, eateries that this represents as well as on-line (a full omnichannel customer experience!).
This is a pivotal role in the team, suiting a fearless, curious & creative thinker who gets under the skin of their customers and how people shop/buy our products across all channels. Someone who isn’t afraid to listen, challenge and pursue bold, brave ideas.
Work hand in hand with the Product Manager* and Senior Brand Manager to craft and deliver the brand plans. This role works alongside the other members of the Marketing team as well as strong interaction with Sales, Operations, our key customers, suppliers and external agency/freelance partners.
You'll look after…
* Brand Planning: Support the in developing the annual brand plan to drive growth and inspire the team, partners and other key stakeholders.
* Customer Planning: Support in developing the sales activation plan. Bringing the customer and shopper into the brand across OOH, Grocery and International.
* Brand Days/Customer Brand Days: Development of all brand days with key customers.
* Implementation: Full implementation of customer marketing activity including strategy, design briefing, activation, post activity analysis.
* Exceptional Execution: At every point of buying - bricks and mortar and digitally. Nurturing relationships with key customer contacts to deliver and implement brilliant activation across all customer touch points.
* International customers: Helping to create a way of working and helping to bring the brand to life in international markets and the distributors/importers that we work with.
* Guardian of Brand Health & Equity in store/restaurant/chiller/digital platform: Delivering excellence at the point of buying. Enhancing our understanding of our brand performance across all product groups and sectors using all available resources. Utilising core brand assets to ensure all activity drives brand value; including visual identity, tone of voice & creative consistency. Monitoring brand health metrics, including brand tracking and consumer sentiment.
* Ecommerce: Being part of the team to create and coordinate optimised images, sharp descriptors and refined key words, leading to improved SEO, improved brand awareness and increased sales.
You'll have…
* Proven experience in brand management, customer marketing or national account management.
* Experience working with customers across different channels (grocery, convenience, on the go, hospitality, ecommerce)
* Strong analytical thinking with ability to use data, insight, experience and understanding to help create brand stories and strong reasons to believe.
* Challenger brand mentality.
* Digitally fluent with experience in developing strong online and mobile customer experience.
* Experience in budget management
* A positive, enthusiastic and proactive collaborator with the ability to influence & build strong partnerships internally and externally.
* Someone who lives and breathes the brand'svalues and is willing to get stuck in to help nurture the culture.
* A love for food, drink and sustainability!
Salary:£57,000 - £63,000 DOE
Logistics: London based with some occasional travel required within the UK. (hybrid)
