Location & Hours
Location: Remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: Full-time – some flexibility on hours available. Just let us know your preferences when we chat!

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Architect, you will be a key player in leading design teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work across various sectors. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Leading and participating in substantial and complex projects, managing design teams for effective delivery.
* Preparing detailed plans, coordinating design information, and producing both concept and detailed drawings.
* Administering contracts, including JCT and NEC suites, while managing project performance commercially.
* Supporting and leading local and national bids, networking to generate new opportunities.
* Mentoring and coaching team members, promoting architectural excellence throughout the team.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
* You are a qualified Architect (preferably Chartered) with exceptional design capabilities and technical detailing skills.
* You have experience in team management and can demonstrate competence across all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work.
* You possess strong knowledge of current regulations, procurement methods, contract administration, and BIM using REVIT/Autodesk products.
* You excel in building and maintaining positive client relationships, both internally and externally.
* You thrive in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment and bring innovation to your design approach.
