Overview
We have an exciting new opportunity to join the team at Driffield School and Sixth Form as an IT Site Lead. The role is customer focused, ensuring stakeholders gain the most from their IT experience, working with SLT to manage the IT budget for the school, and ensuring helpdesk support calls are managed effectively. This is a permanent position working up to 37 hours per week; part-time or flexible arrangements can be explored on request. Your actual salary upon appointment will be £28.142 (based on a full time equivalent).
Responsibilities
* Work with the Education Alliance’s IT school support team to provide reliable IT services across multiple sites.
* Ensure high-quality customer service and effective support to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to manage the school’s IT budget and resource planning.
* Oversee and coordinate helpdesk activities to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience of working in an ICT role.
* Experience of managing a team or guiding workload.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Experience of educational software would be an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
