The role of a strong Regional Leader who focuses on high quality provision, governance and quality continues to be fundamental to inspiring a culture of excellence, which ensures a safe and comfortable environment for those working and living in our schools. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team within the Children Services Division you will join a team of committed and skilled practitioners leading on quality and performance. As part of this team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding the standards and expectations of our requirements and recommendations, maximizing efficiency and profitability to drive performance against budgets and targets. An expert in the field, you will be suitably qualified with experience of leading and managing a group of schools already. You will provide comprehensive leadership, ensuring sound governance and regular audit, to offer inspiration, leadership, direction and support to staff at all levels. You will be an expert in your field, bringing an in-depth understanding of the needs of young people with SEMH. You will have also have experience of ensuring your schools achieve high quality regulatory outcomes You will have a real eye for detail and robust professional curiosity – knowing that our absolute commitment to the safeguarding of our children and young people is our top priority. You will be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Independent Schools Standards (ISS), the regulatory environment that we operate in and the demands that this places on all aspects of our work.
