New Opportunity – Customer Service Coordinator On behalf of our client, a long-established manufacturing business based in Derbyshire, we are seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. This role is primarily customer service–focused, with some administrative tasks. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, emails, orders, and warranty enquiries. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, office-based environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally Process and input customer sales orders Action warranty requests and organise engineer attendance Release goods for despatch to customers Prepare standard equipment quotations Run daily KPI reports Support general administrative duties as required Requirements: Minimum 2 years' recent customer service experience Experience using Microsoft Office Polite, confident, and professional telephone manner Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment Excellent time management and communication skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous experience in a similar customer service or sales support role is desirable About this Role: Salary: £26,000 per annum (non-negotiable) Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm Location: Fully office-based, no hybrid or home working option Contract: Full-time, permanent How to Apply: We invite suitably experienced candidates to apply by following the appropriate links or by contacting Recruit 2 You directly on 01773 252222, who are acting as an employment agency for this hire.
