As an Estate Manager, you will bring technical expertise and strategic oversight to estate management, ensuring compliance with legal, health & safety, and risk management regulations. You will be instrumental in implementing best practices and ensuring Homes England meets its statutory and legal obligations while supporting the effective development of sites.

Job Description

You’ll be joining a highly skilled and experienced team that forms part of our national Estates Management Team of 24 professionals, all committed to driving positive change in estate management and maintaining a safe, compliant estate.

Julie and James lead with a commitment to first-class customer service, resolving issues proactively and fostering an innovative, collaborative environment where decision-making and problem-solving thrive.
