CBRE is looking for a Helpdesk Lead in Leeds to supervise the helpdesk team and ensure that service levels are met and exceeded. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day client calls, building relationships with suppliers for efficient service delivery, and producing reports. The ideal candidate will need excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service. A good education with GCSE passes in Maths and English is essential, along with strong PC skills.
