<div><h3>Area Sales Manager – Bathrooms</h3><p>Industry Sector: Bathrooms, Brassware, Sanitaryware, Baths, Showers, wetroom systems, shower trays, plumbing & heating merchants and bathroom retail showrooms</p><p>Area to be covered: Midlands</p><p>Remuneration: Up to £50,000 + up to £20,000 Bonus</p><p>Benefits: £600 per month car allowance & Full Benefits</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Field sales position, selling our clients distributed range of bathrooms, showers, valves, sanitaryware, brassware, baths, radiators, underfloor heating, wet room systems and shower trays</li><li>Responsible for a mature area in current slight decline</li><li>Inheriting a turnover of circa £5m and approx. 300 customers (majority of revenue coming from top 80‑90 customers)</li><li>Customers typically 75% bathroom retail showrooms and 25% plumbing & heating merchants</li><li>Account management/account development role, new business typically in known customers cross‑selling/up‑selling etc.</li><li>Approx. 3‑5 customer visits per day</li><li>Assisting with stock deals, working on promotions, buying policy, marketing and maximising revenues</li><li>Reporting on CRM system</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Must have sold to retail bathroom showrooms or plumbing & heating merchants</li><li>Must have sold bathrooms</li><li>Comfortable with multi‑million pound ledger responsibility</li><li>Outgoing team player</li><li>Conscientious, results driven</li><li>Over‑achiever</li><li>Autonomous and able to hit the ground running</li><li>Dynamic / energetic approach</li><li>Must be prepared to put in the hours</li></ul><h3>Company</h3><ul><li>Established 30 years+</li><li>100+ Employees</li><li>Circa £50m+ turnover</li><li>Privately held</li></ul></div>
