Your Role
and What You'll Be Doing
As a Paralegal, you’ll support Solicitors with their caseloads from the very beginning, giving you the chance to gain real, hands-on experience in a law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Take instructions from clients and assist with providing legal advice, including gathering evidence and supporting litigation where appropriate.
2. Achieve time recording and fee income targets to ensure profitable working.
3. Attend and contribute to team/practice area meetings, complying with directions and decisions to achieve team objectives.
4. Keep up to date with changes in relevant law and practice, attending training events to maintain legal knowledge and best practice.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
5. Empathy and compassion to guide clients through challenging personal circumstances.
6. A friendly, enthusiastic, and can-do approach.
7. Ideally, some previous Paralegal experience.
