JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator
CONTRACT: Permanent
HOURS: 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
START: ASAP
SALARY: £26,000 + bonus!
LOCATION: Poole

The role:
* Proactively following up on sales leads
* Assessing customer needs and providing product information
* Accurately entering and managing customer orders
* Coordinating with the logistics team to schedule and arrange timely deliveries of products to customers
* Ensuring that delivery schedules are met and communicating any changes or delays to customers
* Handling order modifications or cancellations
* Providing customers with an excellent service
What You'll Bring:
* Fantastic communication skills
* Able to build strong relationships with customers
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Confident user of MS office packages
