Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team to exceed sales targets
* Deliver outstanding customer service and in-store experience

* Uphold Health & Safety standards and ensure a safe working environment

* Collaborate with Area and Senior Managers to share performance insights and plans
