Role:
1. To provide support and advice to tenants in order for them to sustain a tenancy
2. Work closely with tenants facing challenges like rent arrears, anti-social behavior, or property maintenance issues.
3. Conduct regular home visits and assessments to identify potential issues and develop personalized support plans.
4. Educate tenants on their rights and responsibilities, promoting positive community engagement.
5. Deliver workshops or training sessions on budgeting, housing rights, and community engagement to empower tenants and enhance their skills for sustaining their tenancies.
Tenancy Sustainment Officer – Housing Association – What You Need:
6. Previous experience in Similar role
7. Vaild UK drivers license
8. Subscription to the Enhanced DBS update service
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
10. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
