Who Are We Looking For? WeMaintain are seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers and Modernisation Sales Managers. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication, efficient project execution, and exceptional client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. What Will Your Future Role Be? Procurement & Equipment Management: Coordinate the ordering of parts and equipment necessary for project execution. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and manage inventory levels. Site Meetings & Coordination: Attend site meetings as required to support project planning and execution. Document meeting outcomes and follow up on action items. Project Support: Assist Project Managers and Modernisation Sales Managers in daily operations. Help in developing project proposals and programs, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Communication Management: Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external clients. Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and proposals. Monitor project timelines and assist in identifying potential risks or delays. You Are the Right Person for Us If: Proven experience in a project coordination or similar role, preferably within the building maintenance or technology sector. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
