Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

The Role
We’re looking for an energetic and motivated New Business Executive to join our expanding sales team. Reporting to the Business Development Director, this role is all about generating opportunities — identifying potential clients, building relationships, and setting high-quality appointments for our external sales team.
You’ll play a key role in driving company growth by developing a strong pipeline of leads, connecting with decision makers, and helping us reach new customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential new clients to identify opportunities and key decision makers
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns to support lead generation
• Understand our unique selling points and target customer profiles
• Follow up warm leads to book new business appointments
• Use resources such as LinkedIn, Google, exhibitions, email campaigns, and phone calls to identify new prospects
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to nurture and develop new business relationships
About You
• Experience working within a sales or lead generation environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and confident when speaking with potential customers
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• A team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing to company success
