We are currently recruiting Traffic Management Operatives to join a growing highways and infrastructure team working across Scotland. This is a long-term opportunity offering guaranteed hours, overtime, training, and career progression within the traffic management sector.
We are keen to speak with:
* 12AB Operatives
* 12D M1/M2 Operatives
* LTMOs
* TSCOs
* Foremen
* IPV Drivers / Operatives
Key Responsibilities:
* Installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management systems
* Supporting roadworks, lane closures, and infrastructure projects
* Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed on site
* Working collaboratively within traffic management crews
* Carrying out vehicle and equipment checks
* Loading and unloading traffic management equipment
* Working across day and night shifts as required
Requirements:
* Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points)
* Flexible approach to shifts and working hours
* Previous traffic management experience preferred
* Lantra / NHSS qualifications beneficial
Desirable Qualifications:
* Lantra 12AB
* 12D M1/M2
* NHSS Traffic Management qualifications
* IPV / LTMO / TSCO experience
