Qualifications
As an HR Graduate, you’ll be part of a Human Resources Graduate Scheme designed to develop your skills, broaden your experience and provide you with a strong foundation for a long-term HR career.
Join our HR team in a rotational role to support the mission to create a high performing culture where we attract, retain, and develop the best. You will get the chance to contribute to impactful projects that support our people strategy and business goals. Potential rotations include Recruitment, Talent and Leadership, Early Careers, Analytics, HR Business Partnering, and beyond. In this role, you’ll support recruitment efforts by crafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making data-driven hiring decisions; foster a positive workplace culture through conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives; design and implement training programmes that support employee growth and development; analyse HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and track performance; and assist in managing organisational change through effective communication and transition planning.
