We are seeking a psychology administrator to join the team to job share with the current post holder. The Department of Psychology runs a number of programmes including a BSc and MSc in Psychology that are accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS); as well as a suite of Masters programmes.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the development and growth of the Department of Psychology.
* Work with students, team members and colleagues across the wider University to ensure a positive experience for students.
* Monitor student recruitment and retention and address all University quality assurance processes.
* Support and contribute to professional accredited programmes and related student life-cycle activities.
* Collaborate flexibly within a small team and autonomously to meet deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience
* Understanding of the student life cycle and of professional accredited programmes is welcomed.
* Highly self-motivated with the ability to work flexibly and to tight deadlines.
* Outstanding communication and organisational skills with an eye for detail.
