Are you a Learning Disability or Mental Health Nurse with a passion for supporting children and young people with intellectual disabilities? Some of the key duties will be to:
* Work with a dynamic and inspirational team to support young people with intellectual disabilities and their families.
* Hold responsibility for a caseload of Children and young people, offering therapeutic support and independent prescribing and medication monitoring.
* Supporting the development of the intervention offer in the team.
* Attending supervision.
* Provide expert specialist practice and ensure the delivery of treatment is evidence based.
