Main duties of the job
As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, your focus will be to support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing activities that promote residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment, supporting the professional image of the home, reporting changes in residents' conditions, assisting with supplies, and establishing links with the community to promote intergenerational activities.
