Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join a busy office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and customer service tasks, including:
* Handling incoming telephone calls, ensuring all callers are greeted professionally and efficiently. Calls will need to be transferred to the correct team member or department.
* Monitoring and forwarding emails to the appropriate departments, ensuring timely communication and smooth workflow across the office.
* Data entry duties, accurately inputting information into internal systems and maintaining up-to-date records.
* General administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and organising business documents to support daily office operations.
* Providing general office support, assisting team members with routine tasks and helping maintain a tidy, organised workspace.
This is a fast-paced role that requires good attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
