As a Night Senior, you'll play a key leadership role - guiding your team, administering medication, and maintaining the highest standards of person-centred care throughout the night. Your calm, caring presence will bring comfort and reassurance when it's needed most.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a team of Care Assistants to deliver the highest standards of person-centred care
* Work as part of the team, providing all aspects of personal care for individual residents as needed
* Administer prescribed medication safely and in line with individual care plans and company policies
* Contribute actively to care planning, reviews, and assessments
* Maintain accurate, clear, and timely records of care delivered and residents' wellbeing
* Conduct formal supervision sessions and support the development of junior team members
