Learning Curve Group is a national training provider experiencing an exciting period of growth across all its services. We are seeking a Business Development Manager within the employability division to build relationships with employment partners nationwide and assist organizations in creating tailored training packages to meet their recruitment needs.
Key Deliverables
* Engage with employment partners nationwide to secure job vacancies for LCG learners within the employability division.
* Consult with employment partners to develop free recruitment solutions that suit their needs.
* Promote LCG services and identify employability opportunities for learners.
Main Duties
* Identify employers with employment opportunities and develop strong relationships to understand their recruitment and training needs.
* Organize and attend career events for local employers to attract prospective learners/employees.
* Support learners in securing employment opportunities through links with local and national employers.
* Assist employers at all recruitment stages to maximize funding and training opportunities before and after learner placement.
* Engage with local and national employment partnership groups to promote services and identify opportunities.
* Attend promotional events at client premises to showcase services to potential customers and learners.
* Complete all recruitment documentation accurately and promptly.
* Operate in line with company values and expected behaviors.
* Promote equal opportunities and diversity throughout the organization.
* Comply with Safeguarding, Prevent, and Health & Safety policies, remaining vigilant to concerns and risks.
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
* Uphold the company's values.
Essential Criteria
* Proven success in business development within a B2B setting.
* Experience in the education, training, or recruitment sector.
* Track record of meeting and exceeding challenging sales targets.
* Willingness to travel and hold a valid UK driving license.
* Ability to generate cold leads and engage in face-to-face sales.
* Self-motivated and tenacious with strong communication skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
