Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join us at Ripley Dental. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dental team in delivering high-quality treatments. This position requires a strong commitment to patient welfare, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both patients and colleagues.
Duties
* Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
* Maintain a clean and sterile environment in compliance with CQC and HTM 01-05 regulations.
* Manage patient records accurately using IT systems, ensuring all information is up to date and confidential.
* Support the dental team in administrative tasks as required, including scheduling appointments and managing inventory of dental supplies.
Skills
* Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and understanding.
* Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
* Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Competence in IT systems relevant to dental practice management for accurate record keeping.
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, fostering a positive experience for patients during their visits.
We welcome both part-time and full-time applicants.
