Responsibilities
* Perform on-site maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of AWP/EWP equipment across the Northof England region.
* Ensure all repairs are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards, maintaining safety protocols at all times.
* Manage customer communications effectively, providing clear updates on service progress and timelines.
* Conduct equipment inspections and provide detailed reports on service performed and future maintenance recommendations.
* Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues and provide feedback on equipment performance for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Mobile Service Engineer or in a similar technical role.
* Strong mechanical and electrical skills relevant to AWP/EWP systems.
* Valid driver's license with willingness to travel throughout the North of England.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
