About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, Marketing and Guest Experience, Becketwell Arena is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead local CRM, social, and digital marketing efforts. This pivotal role involves managing budgets, creating engaging content, and developing marketing strategies.

Your Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver marketing projects on time, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, focusing on CRM, social media, and digital campaigns.
* Oversee the creation and management of engaging content across social media platforms. Stay informed about industry trends to continuously improve digital content strategies.
* Partner with internal teams to implement innovative digital campaigns.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, promoters, and ticketing partners. Monitor ticket sales and assess the effectiveness of promotional activities.
* Manage marketing budgets and provide accurate ROI reports.
* Lead the social media agency, ensure consistent branding, and seek collaboration opportunities with influencers and industry partners.
* Support the Head of Sales, Marketing & Guest Experience, and senior management with additional tasks as required.
Candidate Requirements
* Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and their implementation.
* Experience with website or content management systems and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and MS Office (or similar tools).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
* Experience in creating digital content and managing social media accounts.
* Understanding of the entertainment industry and current trends.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various tasks.
* Familiarity with analytics tools to track and report on marketing campaign performance.
* Understanding of customer needs to create effective marketing solutions.
