Job Description
As Interim Procurement Consultant, duties will include, however, not be limited to:
3. Delivering end to end (through open and negotiated public contract regulations led) procurement's with a particular focus on Rail & Fleet.
4. Analyse market trends and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
5. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and legal requirements.
6. Monitor and report on fleet procurement performance metrics.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Procurement Consultant should have
8. Must have completed the Government Commercial College TPP module and be a PA23 Certified Practitioner.
9. Proven expertise in end to end procurement particularly in Rail, Fleet, Water or Utilities operations.
10. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
11. In-depth knowledge of public sector procurement policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
12. Ability to analyse market data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
13. Experience in managing supplier relationships effectively.

14. Competitive daily rate of £500 to £600 outside IR35, depending on relevant experience.
15. Opportunity to work on a mainly remote basis with occasional travel to Derby/ Midlands/ London Offices.
