About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: • Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers. • Ensure students remain on task with the work set by teaching staff. • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. • Provide support and guidance to students where necessary. • Collaborate with staff to maintain a positive learning environment.
