We’re hiring a Senior Field Engineer to join a leading provider of radio and wireless communication systems. You’ll play a key role in delivering and supporting critical systems for high-profile clients — from RF-over-Fibre to DAS and traditional DMR/PMR technologies.
This is a dynamic field-based role, perfect for someone with technical depth, customer confidence, and the drive to deliver solutions in live environments.

đź”§ Responsibilities:
* Design, Install, maintain, and troubleshoot systems including DMR, PMR, RF-over-Fibre, and DAS.
* Configure and optimise UHF/VHF equipment across vendor platforms (Motorola, Hytera, Tait, Kenwood, etc.).
* Travel to client sites across the UK (vehicle provided), delivering hands-on technical solutions.
* Ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance to technical standards.
* Work both independently and as part of a collaborative technical team.
âś… Must-Have Skills:
* Strong experience in UHF/VHF communications or DAS / RF-over-Fibre systems.
* Hands-on installation and maintenance background in radio/wireless communications.
* Flexibility to travel for client work and projects.
* Eligibility to obtain SC Clearance
* Full UK driving licence.
🌟 Nice to Have:
* Experience with multi-vendor environments (Motorola, Entel, Kenwood, etc.).
* Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills in RF environments.
