CNC Turner (Setting / Operating) | £45,000 - £55,000 (OTE 60K) + Training + Days Only + Monday to Friday + Unlimited Overtime + Company Bonus
Location: Skelmersdale, Lancashire
Are you a CNC Turner or similar with experience turning long shafts from 2m upwards using lathe steadies? This is a stable days-based role within a company that offers training on exotic materials and varied projects in a bespoke-manufacturing environment.
This company specialises in the manufacture of precision components for the Oil & Gas, Aerospace and Commercial industries, working with a range of blue-chip companies across the UK. They are expanding their production capabilities to meet increasing demand.
This role is based on setting and operating turning machines, working from 2.5m in length, autonomously and within a team, with liaison to senior leadership and other departments to ensure timely production. It is a site-based, Monday to Friday role with optional programming training for the right candidate.
The Role
* Setting and operating CNC turning machines, turning shafts from approximately 2m upwards (up to 5m as required)
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
* Overtime paid at 1.5x
