Your new role
As QSHE Advisor, you'll support the safe delivery of facilitiesmaintenance and repair services across a diverse housing estate. Your focuswill be on CDM compliance, health and safety management, and quality assurancewithin a facilities management environment. You'll work closely with engineers,contractors, and maintenance teams to ensure safe working practices andstatutory compliance across multiple trades.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Advisingoperational teams on QSHE matters
2. Monitoringcompliance across electrical, plumbing, heating, joinery, and general buildingrepairs
3. Conductingsite inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
4. Supportingincident reporting and investigations
5. Actingas CDM 2015 advisor for planned works and maintenance projects
